After some thought (and the fact I'm already 90% done with renaming packages
and all), I think doing the package rename to scxml2 makes the most sense, and
better aligns with the Commons policy.
So scxml2 it is.
And the version bump from 1.0 -> 2.0 (thus skipping/dropping 1.0) means I'll go
renaming the 1.0 version in JIRA to 2.0 as well.
