Resolution: Fixed
Closing this issue with the parts of the patch that currently flag in the
checkstyle report (from Maven) applied.
I'm not sure on the Eclipse vs Maven side of things, but as that issue exists
for many projects I'm hesitant to add IDE specific settings.
