Woops. Sorry, I had attached an older version... let's try this one. I guess
it's OK to put it in trunk. I did not write it in a way that fits in with the
rest of the implementations though. No unit tests either yet. However, I
figured it was better to get it in the public domain sooner and let the
iterative process do it's work.
