Description:
sx tld is missing in org.apache.commons.validator.routines.DomainValidator
class, COUNTRY_CODE_TLDS array.
That causes incorrect validation of domain with .sx tld.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/.sx - .sx is the country code top-level domain
(ccTLD) in the Domain Name System of the Internet for Sint Maarten.
