Nowadays DomainValidator uses IANA TLDs to evaluate the domains, but Mozilla
maintains a Public Suffix List http://publicsuffix.org which seems to be more
complete and used at least by Firefox and Chrome to validate domains.
It can be a good idea to include this list on the validation process, may be as
an option.
