The SCXML specification requires a default history target configuration.
The current (0.9 based) implementation has some support for instead deriving
such default target configuration from its parent, however there are several
inconsistencies with it. As this isn't supported by the specification anyway,
I'll remove the logic and support to derive the default history targets.
