Hi Phil,
With Ted commenting on the accuracy at near extremes, and T-Digest not yet
being available in Math3 interfaces; does it still hold good if i resubmit the
patch for p-2 algo with all the necessary changes
Please let know.
Also if there are other problems in commons that i can take a look at. please
let me know the link for the same.
