Currently, {{formatDuration}} will specify {{HH:mm:ss.SSS}} but
{{formatDurationISO}} specifies {{'P'yyyy'Y'M'M'd'DT'H'H'm'M's.S'S'}}. Both
should have a uniform definition, i.e., it should be
{{'P'yyyy'Y'M'M'd'DT'H'H'm'M's.SSS'S'}}.
