The Capability.LAST_MODIFED seems not to be used and the JavaDoc does not
cleanly explain the difference to Capability.GET_LAST_MODIFIED.
There is also no support for Filesystems which dont know last modified on files
but not dirs (for get). Maybe implementing GET_LAST_MODIFIED_FILE and
GET_LAST_MODIFIED_DIR would be a good option?
This was discussed on dev@ mailinglist, and this is a placeholder Bug since
there might be changes which can only be done in a new Major version.
