Configuration skeleton of software must have complete features,
Apache commons configuration is a good place to place,
I've attached complete source code of simplified oracle weblogic 12c
configuration skeleton which is complete,
documentation in persian language I sorry about that but source is
very pretty.
Take a look please take some interfaces of source, good for commons
configuration to grow!
