I like your proposal. I think there is much more to deprecate. Since you
deprecated all methods that use the RandomGenerator instance, it would be
consequent to also deprecate all the constructors of all RealDistribution
implementations that accept a RandomGenerator instance. Why not separating the
sampling functionality for IntegerDistribution too?
