Each page in a multi-page tiff can have it's own DPI, image size, compression
format, etc: each page has its own set of TIFF tags. The current methods to
for getting DPI and ImageInfo do not support specifying a page number for
multi-page image formats. The workaround is to duplicate the code used to
interpret the tags for page 0 for the page of interest.
