Ate Douma resolved SCXML-215.

Resolution: Fixed
The Data() function and Builtin support class have been re-implemented, thereby
also introducing a new Location() function and a XPathBuiltin to take care of
all the xpath related features (for non-xpath languages).
These changes have been committed against SCXML-213 as part of that much larger
effort. See the comments on SCXML-213 for more details.
