This is an incomplete patch to be sure.
A forecast method has been added to Regression results to forecast values of y
given vector X. Its odd that this method is not already there considering how
commonly people actually want to forecast y given X. Please add tests.
LinearRegression is now the common parent interface to MultipleLinearRegression
and UpdatingMultipleLinearRegression that implements the regress() method. This
is just a hook, the implementation details look scary to me.
