Fix For: 2.1
The commons-vfs2-2.0-sandbox.jar as well as the 2.1 snapshot jar does not
contain META-INF/vfs-provider.xml and is therefore not automatically configured
by DefaultFileSystemManager. Adding a <resource> declaration to pom fixes the
issue.
