Resolution: Fixed
Committed patch in r1656600 with some modifications:
* formatting
* javadoc
* default delimiter is now ", " similar to Arrays.toString
* modified tests to fewer methods as the IterableUtils class is supposed to
grow and I want to avoid too many tests
