Thanks for your work. The patch looks smaller than expected. After some more
review we can merge it. I would suggest we discuss the details on the
development mailing list, but we can also do it here. Can you post a short
disussion starter? In my thinking I would first get it merged and then there
are some cleanups needed compared to other providers. But if the test suite
suceeds, thats already a good version.
