Thomas Neidhart resolved MATH-1241.

Fixed in the following commits:

 * 4.0: 471e6b078a7891aea99b77f200e828
 * 3.6: 229232829c6d8741138decf27c4909

Now the Gamma.digamma and trigamma methods will propagate the input argument if 
it is not a real value.
