Exceedingly difficult to produce CLIRR when package names have changed. I have
produced a CLIRR comparing 5.2 with 6.0 RC3 showing 12 errors and 1 warning.
(https://people.apache.org/~chas/bcel-6.0-RC3/clirr-report.html will be
available for a while)
We do need package name change.
