Summary: No tests to check the output of dump methods

There don't appear to be any tests that check whether the dump methods work OK.
As an experiment I tried adding extra output to Instruction.dump(), and that
only caused an error in GeneratingAnnotatedClassesTestCase.
It should have caused lots of errors.
