The paper [C.Schwartz, Numerical Calculation of Bessel Functions, 
2012|http://arxiv.org/pdf/1209.1547] demonstrates an interesting approach to 
calculate Bessel functions. Unfortunately, it does not contain an algorithm 
that can be implemented straightforwardly.
