Looks like there are a lot of people waiting on this, and its been fixed for
well over a year now (if the timestamps on the entries are correct, but i
expect that they are).
If there are other things holding up an release, can this be a 5.x patch or a
6.0-beta release??
Just as long as its in a maven repo that is stable and reachable (I _really_
don't want to bundle a home-rolled version in our production code)
