I am reopening this one because I do not like the commit being done,
additionally in regard what [[email protected]] have said.
You simply changed the compiler source and target but you didn't
* Bump the version
* Removed pre-1.7 config in the POM
* Changed the group/artifact id to the new style of Apache Commons
I would rather finalize 1.4, publish and the focus on 2.0-SNAPSHOT.
