Yes it is fixed in the 2.1 branch ( regexp:regexp:jar:1.3:compile is an
indirect dependency of
org.apache.maven.scm:maven-scm-provider-svnexe:jar:1.4:compile) which is no
longer used.
This bug will be closed when 2.1 is released (but it is not sure when this will
happen).
