Description:
I am new to cTAKES and am interested in installing a customized dictionary.
This website:
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/CTAKES/cTAKES+3.1+Dictionaries+and+Models
provides links to two posts that detail how to do this. However, the links time
out when I click on them. I've tried with Firefox and Safari, so it is not
simply a browser issue. I then searched more broadly for cTAKES forums and
found that another link was not working properly.
