I've commited the ConfigPropertySource and a test for it. Please take a look
and give me some feedback.
I also plan to add a FactoryBean similar to the one provided by
spring-modules-jakarta-commons.
Regarding user's guide: shall I add a description to howto_utilities.html or
create a new page?
