Fix For: 1.3
Improve consistency between Maven and Ant integrations by including Ant system
classpath only when {{includeSystemClasspath}} attribute of {{weaversettings}}
type is {{true}}. Defaulting to {{false}} is technically a breaking change, but
the impact is deemed minimal.
