Description: Various classes are wanted but not found during plugin
execution via eclipse, apparently due to differences/inconsistencies in Maven
lifecycle artifact resolution scopes. (was: commons-io classes are wanted but
not found during plugin execution via eclipse. Future versions of [weaver] will
require commons-io anyway, so adding it as a dependency of the core/processor
will address this issue.)
