make sense.
We can use String like "AES/CTR/NoPadding" as transformation.
move the getAlgorithmBlockSize() /getName() in CipherTransformation to
CryptoCipher
CipherTransformation.getAlgorithmBlockSize() -> CryptoCipher.getAlgorithm()
CipherTransformation.getName() -> CryptoCipher.getBlockSize()
The api will be similar to JCE.
