The corresponding convenience methods for creating a CSVParser are found on the
CSVParser class itself and not on the CSVFormat class. Shouldn't the factory
methods for creating a CSVPrinter be found on the CSVPrinter class? That is
where I would go looking for them.
The CSVPrinter class already has a lot of methods named print so maybe the
factory methods should be named something else, e.g. open or outputTo?
