On current master FileUtilsTestCase#testContentEqualsIgnoreEOL always fails
with:
master java.lang.AssertionError
at
org.apache.commons.io.FileUtilsTestCase.testContentEqualsIgnoreEOL(FileUtilsTestCase.java:727)
when run on Windows.
