In BCEL 6.0. the following constructors are public:
- org.apache.bcel.classfile.ConstantPool.ConstantPool(Constant[])
- org.apache.bcel.classfile.ConstantPool.ConstantPool(DataInput)
This closes GitHub PR #1.
