So shall I just crack on and make TEXT dependent upon RNG? If we see TEXT as a
second-level component, as I've heard mentioned on the mailing lists, then that
would be the right choice. We can become the poster-child for doing randomness
correctly.
In which case, I would adjust the {{usingRandom}} method to accept a
{{UniformRandomProvider}} argument. Does that sound ok? What would be your
recommendation for the default generator to use for the class, if one is not
provided?
