org.apache.commons.configuration/2.1.0: missing requirement
[org.apache.commons.configuration/2.1.0] osgi.wiring.package;
filter:="(osgi.wiring.package=org.springframework.beans.factory)"]]]
according to the pom it is optional, but its not marked as optional in the
bundle.
