* Ensure clean project reports

** (x) CPD
* Ensure that "Commons Math" ("master" branch) compiles and pass all unit
tests when
** (x) dependencies to "Commons Numbers" modules are added and
** (x) all classes that have an equivalent in "Commons Numbers" are deleted
(MATH-1416).
