I'll try.
First issue is that the dependency
<dependency>
<groupId>org.apache.commons</groupId>
<artifactId>commons-rng-sampling</artifactId>
<version>1.1-SNAPSHOT</version>
</dependency> is not found by default. So I switched to 1.1 for being able to
build the project in IntelliJ
