This again raises the question of what is "core".  Mathematically, some 
concepts are independent of whether one uses a Euclidean or another coordinates 
system. But does the design enforces that?
Or is the implementation Euclidean-centric?
I think the latter because module {{commons-geometry-spherical}} depends on 
module {{commons-geometry-euclidean}}.  Hence it would seem legitimate to merge 
{{commons-geometry-euclidean}} into {{commons-geometry-core}} (to reflect that 
in the chosen implementation, Euclidean coordinates are a prerequisite to most 
functionalities).
