support for Commons Text 1.5's new string lookup as default lookups. (was:
Since we depend on Apache Commons Text for string lookups, add support for
Commons Text 1.4's {{localhost}} string lookup as a default lookup.
I anticipate that once Commons Text 1.5 is released, Commons Configuration will
be updated again to support the new string lookups from Commons Text 1.5.)
