You should write copyright also in ./LICENSE.txt like ./NOTICE.txt, shouldn't

In ./LICENSE.txt, Copyright line is written as " Copyright [yyyy] [name of
copyright owner]".
I guess the correct line is "Copyright 2001-2018 The Apache Software
Foundation".
