I fixed math and statistics when I fixed Rng. However the fix is not present in
numbers.
The fix is to swap the `<additionalparam>` tag for `<additionalOptions>` in
the `maven-javadoc-plugin` configuration.
It requires maven-javadoc-plugin version 3, which the new pom does have so the
fix is applicable.
