The method {{FileUtils.doCopyFile(File, File, boolean)}} can throw
{{ClosedByInterruptException}} apparently randomly:

I want o try to workaround this by updating {{doCopyFile}} to use Java 7's
{{Files.copy(Path,Path,CopyOptions)}} API.
