XenoAmess opened a new pull request #428: change <docEncoding> to <docencoding> URL: https://github.com/apache/commons-lang/pull/428 I have no evidence about if it must change to <docencoding>, but since IDEA think it shall not be <docEncoding>, it might just be a typo.
