The [commons-text home page|https://commons.apache.org/proper/commons-text/]
includes a link to the "release notes":

https://commons.apache.org/proper/commons-text/release-notes/RELEASE-NOTES-1.7.txt
{noformat}
...but this page
([RELEASE-NOTE-1.7.txt|https://commons.apache.org/proper/commons-text/release-notes/RELEASE-NOTES-1.7.txt])
does not exist.
The [release-notes
directory|https://commons.apache.org/proper/commons-text/release-notes/] shows
the prior release notes (1.0 thru 1.6), so this appears to be a simple
oversight.
