I am unable to use 1.0-alpha1 to process a vast majority of icons on the web,
i.e. [https://www.google.com/favicon.ico]. Attempting to do so results in
`org.apache.commons.imaging.ImageReadException: Can't parse this format`.
`file` identifies these icons as "MS Windows icon resource - 2 icons, 16x16, 32
bits/pixel, 32x32, 32 bits/pixel"
