bq. Gilles, which changes are you seeing?
I just did "git pull" to get the latest "master"; then "git fetch ..." this PR,
and there are differences e.g. in ".travis.yml" and others.
For example, latest changes by Gary Gregory are not in the history of the PR
(e.g. commit 7b2c0a9118e996c12d0e1facca0ff7984b196d58).
