I'd prefer that we [follow this proposal on the
ML|https://markmail.org/message/obiklp3oeuu7y2fc].
Then we also need to fix the project so that it build on the [Jenkins Apache CI
system|https://builds.apache.org/view/A-D/view/Commons/job/commons-geometry/].
An alternative [Jenkins
project|https://builds.apache.org/view/A-D/view/Commons/job/commons-geometry-fix/]
seems to have fixed it.
