aherbert opened a new pull request #70: Config updates URL: https://github.com/apache/commons-numbers/pull/70 This PR updates the checkstyle, PMD, and spotbugs config. Parent is updated to 49. A default goal has been added to run the checks. Travis has been configured to actually run the checks. It has a few fixes for spotbugs, javadoc and RAT check issues. checkstyle and PMD currently have many issues so are set to not fail on violation.
