Commons BeanUtils version 1 is tied to Commons Collections 3.x.
When released, Commons BeanUtils version 2 will be tied to Commons Collections
4.x.
You can experiment with a snapshot build from the snapshot repository if you
want.
There is no hard release date for version 2, it needs a bit more work.
