OK, sorry, i didn't have the branch checked out and was missing it. So, it is
my experience from different projects that it is better to support both having
to create the client and allowing it to be passed in and managed externally.
The lifecycle, for the filesystem when it owns the client is the same as any
other connection file system as far as I can tell.
