Geoffrey Blake commented on CRYPTO-139:
---------------------------------------

This issue is not fully fixed for aarch64 builds.  PR's 93 and 92 merged in the
needed OpenSSL support, but omitted the aarch64 build specialization in
Makefile.common for builds to succeed.

Created [https://github.com/apache/commons-crypto/pull/95] to fix the omission.
Builds successfully for AArch64 on AWS a1 instances.

> AARCH 64 architecture support is missing in the exiting common-crypto code.
> Now we did some modification in the code level and add the support for
> AARCH64. Now the common-crypto project can be used in aarch64 platform and
> also compatible with openssl 1.1.x.
